At junction 31, Use the left 2 lanes to take the A30 exit to Bodmin/Okehampton. Follow A30 to A377 in Exeter. Continue onto A30. Use the left lane to take the A377 slip road to Exeter/Crediton. Yes. Although there is ample parking for training or matches it is recommended to leave sufficent time as it can become busy during large events including Exeter Challenge, EDVA Mixed Tournaments or when the Centre is hosting other events.
