Our chair, Ben Fairweather, was presented with 2020 Coaches award from the Southwest Volleyball Association. Ben has been involved with the SW coaching set up since 2015 and and progressed to Boys U17 Head Coach. Ben balances coaching Exeter Storm and the SW Boys and recently joined the Volleyball England Cadet coaching team as he looks to develop his coaching further.
